This document explains the full process, including development fees, sample requirements, shipping, timelines, the 15 lb commercial minimum, revision policies, technical requirements, and what we need from you before a project can begin.
We have created this guide to answer the most common questions in advance and to ensure every project is submitted with complete and accurate information.
Please read the document in full before submitting your project.
At the end of the guide, you will find:
- the required Project Form
- the client acknowledgement checklist
- the information required for fragrance development
Complete all required sections and email the finished form to us.
A Word version is also provided for convenience if you prefer to complete the form digitally.
Please note: incomplete forms cannot move forward into development, and changes made after project details have been confirmed may require a new sample and additional fees.
Once your completed form has been reviewed, we will provide the next steps for payment and submission of your reference material.
Please do not ship any fragrance or product samples until you have received instructions from Kulig Aromatique.

At a Glance
Development fee: $100
Samples: 1 oz, $17+ each
Shipping: additional and paid by the client
Typical development time: 3–4 weeks after all required fees are paid - there can be lab delays this is NOT a guarantee
Commercial minimum: 15 lb per approved fragrance
Custom projects are intended for clients prepared to proceed with the 15 lb minimum after approval.
